In June 2012, I will be taking part in a solo, non-stop, unassisted race to Hawaii aboard my Wilderness 30 named Domino. The Singlehanded Transpac has been described by some as a "A bug light for weirdos". Follow me and my fellow “bug light weirdos” as we prepare our boats and ourselves for the downwind run to Hawaii.

Making Blue Moon A Boat Again
December 9th, 2009I have been making a ton of progress on the boat of late. Took almost all the Deck Hardware off and getting it prepped for rebedding. The original ports were shot…so I made up some templates, went to Tap Plastics to have them cut out, and then I installed them yesterday!! Never remove your old ports before a major rain storm…It just isn’t fun! Here are some pics of the progress…
